There was a mistake with my order. What should I do?

Please email us at your earliest convenience care@nathaliemarieskin.com with your order number and any details and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.  

 

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept any cancellations.

 

What happens if my package is lost or stolen. 

 If your order is lost or stolen you must contact the shipping carrier. 

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the sensitive nature of our products we can not offer refunds but if you are not satisfied please reach out to us so we can make it right.

 

 I’d like to gift your products, can you help me make it extra special?

We will gladly wrap your gift with lots of love and care. Please remember to add the word gift in notes when placing your order!

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!

 

Who is your shipping provider?

For domestic orders, we ship through USPS Priority Mail. For international orders, we ship via DHL. If you have a specific request please call or email us directly, or specify during the check out process.

 

Do you cover duties and fees for International orders?
We do not include any duties or fees in our shipping cost. You will be responsible for any fees. Nathalie Marie does not accept returns of products due to nonpayment of duties or fees. Your shipping provider will reach out to you via your provided phone number should you owe any fees. 

 

How do I qualify for free shipping?
The website will automatically calculate free shipping on domestic orders over $100.

 

Do you take returns?
We do not take returns. We are confident in the efficacy of our products, and we recommend you reach out to us before you order regarding any skin or ingredient concerns that you have to ensure you get the right product for your unique skin.

 

Do you offer samples?
We do not sell individual samples at this time. We do have a Discovery Kit that includes all of our skincare products in 5ml sizes. 

 

Are our products synthetic free?

Yes, they are


Are preservatives used natural or synthetic or both?

We do not use any preservatives in our products.


Are our products paraben free?

Yes, they are


Do you use synthetic fragrance?

No we do not use synthetic fragrance in our skincare products. The scent found in our skincare goodies comes from the plant ingredients such as the oils, butters, clays and essential oils. We do not use essential oils as a means to add scent to our products as these are potent oils that are to be used with care. Each essential oil has a dermal limit which means that only a certain amount is to be used on the skin.


Where can I find the ingredients of each product?

Currently all ingredients are listed on our website. Reformulations may occur therefore it is important for the consumer to check the ingredients when purchasing or repurchasing a product/products.


Is your brand certified cruelty free? What are your testing policies? 

Currently our brand is not certified cruelty free but we do not test on animals. All of our skincare goodies are tested on humans. 

 

Do you test on animals?
No we do not.

 

Are your products vegan?
Some of our products do contain honey and beeswax. Check the ingredients list to make sure the products are vegan.

 

Are your products gluten-free?
Yes they are.
